INFRASTRUCTURE
Our robust infrastructure is the foundation of Daga Steel’s strong presence as leading steel distributors in Chennai. We operate a 17,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art processing center in Sathangadu and a 10,000 sq. ft. warehouse in Jyothinagar, enabling us to efficiently manage and deliver steel across Chennai. To further expand our capabilities, a 65,000 sq. ft. facility is under development in Vichoor.
Backed by advanced machinery and an experienced workforce, our infrastructure enables us to deliver high-quality steel products across Chennai with precision and reliability.
STEEL PROCESSING
SHEARING
We offer comprehensive support for sheet dimensions through our Shearing Center, where sheets are cut to your specifications. This enables you to select sizes that meet your requirements and minimise material wastage.
CUT
TO LENGTH
Our in-house De-coiling Facility unwinds steel coils and cuts them into sheets of your chosen lengths, ensuring precision and efficiency.
PACKING
Proper packaging ensures steel is delivered in prime condition, free from rust, watermarks, or defects. We securely pack all bundles and coils to prevent water seepage or damage. This protects the steel during loading, unloading, and transport.
DELIVERY
With our own fleet of vehicles and reliable transport partners, we can deliver any quantity to any location efficiently, ensuring timely and hassle-free transportation.
WEIGHT MEASUREMENT
We offer precise and reliable weight measuring equipment, allowing us to weigh materials accurately in-house. This not only ensures exact measurements but also helps save both time and costs, streamlining your overall workflow.
